Kirsten + Denver

What do you do when you're in love with your best friend but he’s stationed in Italy? You elope, of course! That's what Kirsten and Denver did, after years of friendship and a sudden realization that they were meant for each other. They packed their bags, drove to Central Oregon, and tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by nature.

Kirsten and Denver’s elopement in Central Oregon was a beautiful winter affair. The couple enjoyed a rare warm and sunny day in December and a detailed timeline that allowed them to enjoy the day worry-free. Elevated Elopements provided an all-inclusive package that included two nights’ accommodation, a curated bouquet and boutonniere, a bottle of sparkling wine, a ceremony set-up, and an intimate dinner for two by candlelight.

The couple started their day with a walk in the surrounding area and coffee on the porch. Kirsten enjoyed having her hair and makeup done by Makeup Mafia. Elevated Elopements provided photography services, which started with incredible detail photos of the rings and dress in the surrounding nature. The couple chose to do a first look, which set the stage for their intimate ceremony overlooking the Cascade Mountains. They opted out of an elopement cake and instead chose a homemade cinnamon roll. They danced under the lights, wrapped in their love, watching the sun disappear. They ended the night in each other’s arms enjoying the flames from the fire pit at their accommodations.
